Cavalier Cuisine Club
Cavalier Cuisine is a University of Virginia and Morven Farm affiliated club dedicated to bringing together students who love food and learning new recipes. We host monthly, hands-on cooking demonstrations at the First Lady’s Food Lab at Morven, often with seasonal produce that we hand-pick from the Kitchen Garden. Some of our previous events include: three flavor ravioli; apple crumble and homemade ice cream; focaccia and soup; and ratatouille! In the last year, we have also been lucky enough to have a professional chef demonstration and work with the UVA Architecture school to prepare food for the annual Howland Lecture. Thanks to our generous partnership with Morven Farm, all of our events are free to attend, and we welcome students of all skill levels to join! Click here to be added to our email list.
